1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to urge all the points raised in the present application at the appropriate stage in accordance with law.

2. The CRLMC is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The interim order dated 12th January 2012 passed in the present application stands vacated. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch to immediately communicate this order to the concerned subordinate court. LCR, if any, be returned forthwith.
