Learned counsel for the parties unanimously state that the matter is covered by the judgment passed by this Court in WPC (OAC) No.902 of 2016 and batch (Satyabrata Nayak and others v. State of Odisha and others) disposed of on 15.09.2021 and also the subsequent order passed by this Court in WPC (OAC) No.3682 of 2014 (Sangram Keshari Guin and others v. State of Odisha and others), wherein one of us (Dr. Justice B.R. Sarangi) is a Member, disposed of on 03.12.2021.

In such view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment and order, referred to above. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
