This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 25.10.2011 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Kodala in G.R. Case No.228 of 2011 wherein the learned J.M.F.C. has taken cognizance under Sections 306/417/493 IPC against him.

3. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called.

4. It appears that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter and has lost interest in the litigation.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed.

However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to raise all the contentions at the time of framing of charge, if the case is still pending.
