1. Mr. Katikia, learned Additional Government Advocate has produced a written instructions in Court today and states that closure report has been filed in Chandipur P.S. Case No.87 of 2011.

2. In that view of the matter, no further orders are called for. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

3. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules. A copy of this order be communicated forthwith to the concerned Subordinate Court.
