1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is present and submits that Order No.

the Petitioner undertakes to appear before the trial court in G.R. Case No.1421 of 2014 and to face the trial.

2. In the event of surrendering the petitioner before the learned S.D.J.M, Khordha within two weeks hence, the learned trial court shall do well to entertain the bail and the Petitioner shall be released on bail on such conditions as deemed fit and proper allowing facing the trial.

3. The CRLMC is disposed of accordingly.
