This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the action of the Election Officer of Dunguripalli Primary Agriculture Cooperative Society, Dunguripalli in the district of Balangir in rejecting his nomination for the ensuing election of the said Cooperative Society.

Since the notification for the ensuing Cooperative Election has already been published and the election is scheduled to be held on 26th June, 2022, I am not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed. Petitioner, if so advised, may file a properly constituted election dispute for redressal of his grievances as made out in this writ petition in accordance with law.
