This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and there is no appearance on behalf of the informant when the matter is called though his name is reflected in the cause list. 3.
The Petitioner is an accused in connection Ranpur P.S. Case No. 69 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 120 of 2021 on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Ranpur, registered for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 498-A/304(B)/302/34 IPC and Sec.4 of the D.P.Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nayagarh by order dated 9.06.2021, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the objection filed by the informant opposing the prayer for bail.

Considering the materials on record and taking into account that Charge-sheet has already been filed inter alia under Section 306 I.P.C. and that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the informant, this Court directs that the Petitioner be released on bail in the above noted case on such terms to be fixed by the court in seisin of the matter including that he shall appear before the learned trial court on each date of trial.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
