Mr. Samarendra Mohanty.

2. As appears from the order dated 23rd September, 2015 passed in G.R. Case No.987 of 1992 on the files of S.D.J.M, Jajpur, a fresh N.B.W has been issued against the present Petitioner fixing to 1st December 2015 for his production.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances, it would be just and proper if the Petitioner surrenders before the learned trial court within two weeks hence, whereupon the learned trial court to admit the Petitioner to bail on such conditions as deemed fit and proper and to proceed with the trial expeditiously.

4. The CRLMC is disposed of accordingly.
