This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

It is submitted that because of financial stringency, the petitioner has not been able to arrange Rs.5 lakh to be furnished cash security. As a result, despite being granted bail by order dated 23.09.2022, he is still languishing in jail custody. 3.

Considering the submissions as above, I am inclined to take a lenient view by modifying the condition (i) in order dated 23.09.2022 only to the extent that the petitioner shall furnish cash security of Rs. 1 lakh.
