Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The limited grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is non disposal of Anganwadi Appeal No.2 of 2020 pending before the learned Additional District Magistrate, Kendrapara.

It is submitted that the matter was heard by learned Additional District Magistrate on 04.03.2021 and thereafter adjourned for perusal of documents and orders. Since then, no order has been passed.

Having regard to the innocuous prayer made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to learned Additional District Magistrate, Kendrapara to dispose of

Anganwadi Appeal No.2 of 2020 pending before him within a period of two week from the date of communication of this order or on production of certified copy thereof by the petitioner. 6.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
