Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Writ Petition involves a challenge to the order at Annexure-4 the Tahasildar, Sanakhemundi appears to be directing the Petitioners and several others to vacate the disputed land involved therein. 3.

On perusal of his own document filed by the Petitioner at page16, this Court finds at page-16 and page-17, not only the Petitioners have already faced Encroachment Case No.8 & 9 of 2021 respectively but from the document it also becomes clear that the Petitioners on conclusion of such proceedings have already come to deposit penalty on acceptance of their being declared as encroachers. 4.

In the circumstance, and as Petitioners have already faced encroachment proceeding, this Court finds, there is no illegality in the order at Annexure-4. This Court declines to interfere in the impugned order. Petitioners if so advised, may pursue other remedy, if any, available to them.
