This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for the State. Perused the record and the materials. 3.

The petitioners are accused in G.R. Case No.542 of 2022 on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Banarpal registered under Sections 341/294/323/332/ 353/506/34, I.P.C.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case and that they are no way connected with the alleged crime.

Considering the submissions and the materials placed before the Court, it is directed that the petitioners on the event of arrest of the petitioners by the Arresting Officer in the aforesaid case, petitioners shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the Arresting Officer.
