In absence of the certified copy of the impugned order, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the Writ Petition. Consequently, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However dismissal of the Writ Petition shall not stand on the way of the Petitioner in filing the Writ Petition enclosing the certified copy of the impugned order.
