1. The matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr.Dutta, learned counsel for the Petitioner - Appellant, who is Insurer, and Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.1, who is claimant.

3. The Petitioner seeks review of the order dated 12th May, 2022 of this Court on the ground that the injured-claimant has renewed his driving license on 18th May, 2022 i.e., after the date of order passed by this Court in the appeal. Therefore no reason is found to review the order dated 12th May, 2022 passed by this Court in appeal, which is admittedly prior to 18th May, 2022. As such, the review petition is dismissed.

5. Counter affidavit filed by the injured-Claimant is kept on record.
