This Court records the statement of the learned counsel for the Petitioners that in the OEA Appeal No.17 of 2021 not only notice to the Respondents already sufficient but there is also appearance completed.

Keeping the above in view, this Court disposing of the Writ Petition observes, in the event the Petitioners file an application for expeditious disposal of OEA Appeal No.17 of 2021 involved herein, the same shall be considered and dependent on the urgency shown, order, as appropriate, shall be passed for expeditious disposal of the said Appeal.
