1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The petitioners are in custody since 18.05.2022 in connection with Basta P.S. Case No.130 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.353 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Basta for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 448/323/324/307/506/34 of IPC.

4. Considering the nature of the accusations, the period of detention of the petitioner in custody, the nature of injuries sustained by the injured and the fact that charge sheet has been submitted, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioners be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that they shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail.

5. BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

6. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
