This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in the cause title of the bail application in Court today.

This is an application for modification and extension of time. 4.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners were granted with anticipatory bail vide ABLAPL No.7566 of 2022 by order dated 27.07.2022 but in 2nd line of paragraph-8 inadvertently typed out "C.T. Case No.1421 of 2020" instead of "C.T. Special Case No.127 of 2022" and in the same the court name also inadvertently typed out as "Additional District and Sessions

// 2 // Judge-cum-Special Court, Jajpur" instead of "District and Sessions Judge, Special Court, Jajpur", which mistake also appears in the cause title of the bail application.

Accordingly, it is directed that in 2nd line of paragraph-8 of the order dated 27.07.2022 it be mentioned as "C.T. Special Case No.127 of 2022" in place of "C.T. Case No.1421 of 2020" and in the same line it be mentioned as "District and Sessions Judge, Special Court, Jajpur" in place of "Additional District and Sessions Judgecum-Special Court, Jajpur", rest part of the order remaining the same. It is further directed that the petitioners can avail the benefit of the said order on surrendering before the court below on or before 9th of September, 2022.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
