1. The impugned order of the learned Single Judge merely remits the matter to the Tribunal for a fresh decision.
2. Having heard learned counsel for the Appellant, the Court sees no reason to interfere with the impugned order of the learned Single Judge. It may be added here that during pendency of the present appeal, for the last seven years, there has been no stay of the impugned order of the learned Single Judge.
