This writ petition has been filed challenging the action of Opposite Party No.5-Election Officer, Nuagaon Primary Agriculture Cooperative Society, Nuagaon in the district of Jagatsinghpur in preparing zonewise voter list allegedly adding some fake voters.

Mr. Mulia, learned counsel files a memo in Court stating therein that the Petitioners do not want to press the writ petition. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the same. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Memo so filed be kept on record.
