Mr. Pattanaik, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners Order No.

and files memo, contents of which are reproduced below. "The petitioners do not wish to pursue the aforesaid writ application and therefore may kindly be permitted to withdraw the writ application with liberty to file the same in case cause of action arises." 2.

On query from Court Mr. Pattanaik submits, a demand was made on his client. During pendency the demand has been met. Also, enquiry has been launched on basis of his clients' contention that the demand was wrongful. Depending on outcome of the enquiry, his client seeks leave to file afresh.
