This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode) in the 3rd National Lok Adalat. 2.

Heard Mr. P.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the Appellant and Mr. S.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Respondent-Insurance Company.

Both the parties have filed a joint memo of undertaking that the matter has been settled for a further consolidated amount of Rs.2,60,000/- (Rupees Two lakhs Sixty Thousand) to be paid to the Appellant within eight weeks from today.

In such view of the matter, the compromise between the parties is accepted and the MACA is disposed of in the light of the joint settlement made between the parties.
