1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The petitioner is in custody since 4th March, 2022 in connection with Nirakarpur P.S.
Case No.98/2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.242/2022 pending in the court of learned N.G.N.-cum-J.M.F.C., Tangi for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 498-A/302/304-B/34 of I.P.C.

4. The Petitioner is the brother-in-law of the deceased, who is said to have committed suicide. From the statement of witnesses recorded by the I.O. during investigation nothing specific is forthcoming against the Petitioner save and except some omnibus allegations regarding demand of dowry. Further, there are materials to show that the deceased committed suicide by bolting the door of her bed room from inside.
5. Considering the above facts as also the period of detention in custody, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the Petitioner be released on bail in the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case without fail.
6. The BLAPL is disposed of.
7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
