Heard Mr. S. Pradhan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.

H.M.

Dhal, learned Additional Government Advocate.

On instruction, Mr. Dhal submits that the issue covered by this case has already been referred under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 on 30.6.2022 to the L.A.R & R Authority, Sambalpur. The petitioner should approach the authorities if he has any further any grievance under Section 60 of the above noted Act as the Authority has been vested with powers to do justice.

Considering the submissions made, this writ application is disposed of directing the L.A.R. & R Authority, Sambalpur to register the reference as made

// 2 // under Section 64 of the above noted Act and permitting the petitioner, if so advised to move the said authority along with an application for interim protection within a period of ten days. In the event such an application along with a certified copy of this order is filed before the authority, the said authority is directed to take a decision on such interim application in accordance with law within a period of two weeks thereafter. Till the above noted steps are taken within ten days, the petitioner shall not be dispossessed from Plot No. 1074/1200 covering an area of Ac. 0.110 decimals under Khata No.107/05 of Mouza - Nuthuripashi in the district of Angul. 4.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
