Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submission and on going through the materials as placed as well as nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances and in the absence of any such other impediment; it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner in connection with Keonjhar Sadar P.S. Case No.194 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.855 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Keonjhar, he shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer may deem just and proper with further condition that he will cooperate with the investigation as and when required for the purpose.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
