This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State. Perused the record and the materials. 3.
The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.506 of 2022 on the file of learned J.M.F.C.(P), Kujang registered under Sections 498-A/323/306/34, I.P.C..

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. Further, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that neither the petitioner was named in the F.I.R. nor he was participated in the alleged occurrence and also none of the witnesses have stated anything against the petitioner.

Further, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim has committed suicide herself. Therefore, the case has been registered under Section 306, I.P.C. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged crime. 6.
Considering the submissions and the materials placed before
// 2 // the Court, it is directed that the petitioner on the event of arrest of the petitioners by the Arresting Officer in the aforesaid case, petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the Arresting Officer.

The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
