Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.911 of 2022, pending on the files of learned S.D.J.M., Panposh, Rourkela arising out of Cyber PS, Rourkela P.S. Case No.7 of 2022, under Sections 419/420 of IPC and is in custody since 28.05.2022. 4.

Taking into account the nature of allegations since the investigation is in progress, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage.

It shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer after filing of charge sheet.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
