This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.305 of 2022, pending on the files of learned J.M.F.C., Jatni, Dist- Khurda arising out of Jatni P.S. Case No.175 of 2022, under Sections 324/326 & 307 of IPC and is in custody since 10.05.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar, by order dated 13.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Considering the nature of allegations and that in the meanwhile charge sheet has already been filed, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin of the matter.

Additionally, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station once in every week. First date of appearance to be fixed by the learned Court below. 7.
Violation of condition of such appearance shall entail cancellation of bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter after following the due process of law without any further reference of this Court.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
