This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Being aggrieved by the illegal appointment of opposite party No.5 as Mini Anganwadi Worker of Barpada Mini Anganwadi Centre under Uchabali G.P. under the administrative control of Child Development Project Officer (CDPO), Champua (O.P.No.4), the present writ petition has been filed. 4.
Admittedly the grievance of the petitioner can be redressed by preferring statutory appeal as per the guidelines in vogue. Accordingly, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court grants leave to the petitioner to prefer appeal to the A.D.M., Keonjhar.

If such an appeal is filed within three weeks from today, the Appellate authority shall do well to dispose of the same within
six weeks hence after giving opportunity of hearing to all concerned.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. 6.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
