2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:
"direct the opposite parties for quashing the order of the Asst. PF Commissioner (pension) Bhubaneswar dt-28.10.2014, under Annexure3. And further may issue a writ of mandamus directing the authority to sanction regular pension and other retirement dues in his favour treating him as a regular employee under the Govt. in terms of the order of the finance department dt-22.01.1965 and common order dt-16.11.1999 of the OAT Cuttack and Govt. of Odisha finance department office memorandum dt-6.03.1990, which laid down that the employees under the work changed establishment are entitled to get pension from the date of his retirement, preferably within a stipulated period as this Hon'ble Court deems just and proper."

Considering the nature of prayer made in the Writ Petition, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before Opp. party No.1 within a period of three weeks days from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.1 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the order. The order so passed by Opp. Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
