This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

The Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayer:

"Under the circumstances it is humbly prayed therefore that the Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs by directing the opp. Party No.4 to regularize the services of the Petitioner as LVAW w.e.f. the date when she has completed 6 years of contractual service as per GA Department resolution dated 17.03.2013 by considering her representation dated 27.05.2022 under Annexure-12 Series within a stipulated period; And further be pleased to direct the opp. Parties to give all consequential service and financial benefits."

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that ventilating her grievance, Petitioner has filed a representation before the Office of the Agriculture, District Officer, Dharmagarh, Opposite Party No.4, dated 27.05.2022 under Annexure-12 Series, which according to the

// 2 // Petitioner is pending before the Authority for consideration.

Considering the limited nature of grievance and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Agriculture, District Officer, Dharmagarh, Opposite Party No.4 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 27.05.2022 (Annexure-12 Series) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Decision so taken be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.

7. Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application. ( A.K. Mohapatra ) Judge U.K. Sahoo
