The petitioner is an accused in connection with 2(b)C.C. Case No. 03 of 2022 arising out of Offence Report No. 21 of 2022-23, pending on the file of the learned J.M.F.C, Chandikhole for the alleged commission of offence under Sections-2(16) (a)(b)(20)(35), U/s. 9 Punishable U/s.51 (1) of Wild life (Protection) Act-1972/ U/s. 27 (3) (d) Orissa Forest Act, 1972. 3.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Asst. Sessions Judge, Chandikhole by Order dtd. 21.06.2022 in Bail Application No. 146 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed. 4.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Taking into account the nature of accusation and the period of custody, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter including the conditions that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station once every seven days, first date of such appearance to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. Any default in appearance shall entail cancellation of the bail application. 6.
The Bail Application thus stands disposed of. 7.
