This writ petition has been filed for a direction to provide correct information regarding sale deed, if any stated to have been executed on 4th June, 1973.

Mr. Panda, learned counsel files a memo in Court stating therein that the Petitioners do not want to press the writ petition. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the same. 4.
