This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/ Physical Mode).

It has been stated by Mr. S.S. Kanungo, learned Addl. Government Advocate that the petitioner has been released prematurely by the State.

In view of that, Mr. D.R. Behera, learned counsel representing the petitioner has submitted that, this petition has become infructuous. 4.
In view of the above statements made by the respective counsel for the parties, this petition stands dismissed as infructuous.

It may be noted that, as per the order of this Court, the StateOpp. Parties have filed their affidavit stating on affirmation that by virtue of the order No.5026 /L, dated 02.05.2022, premature release of the petitioner had been directed and accordingly, he had been released on 05.05.2022.
