Mrs. Saswata Patnaik, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State has stated before us that, the petitioner's prayer for premature release was considered, but having noted his conduct and commission of his serious crime during furlow, the petitioner was not favoured with any order of premature release. 3.

In view of the statement made by Mrs. Saswata Patnaik, learned Additional Government Advocate, Mr. Dibyaranjan Behera, learned counsel says that the petition may be closed. 4.

Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed, as there is nothing to be adjudicated by us.
