2. This application under Section 407 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner praying for transfer of D.V. Misc. Case No. 136 of 2018, from the Court of the learned J.M.F.C.(R), Cuttack, to the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara.

Mr. D. Tripathy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the TRPCRL has become infructous as D.V. Misc. Case No. 136 of 2018 has been disposed of in the meanwhile. 4.

Considering the above submissions, this TRPCRL is disposed of as infructous.
