Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Order No.

This writ petition involves innocuous prayer for disposal of OSATIP Case No. 4 of 2011. In course of hearing, this Court finds this is a review case. Considering the amendment taking place in the year 2000 providing provision for review, there remains doubt in the entertainability of such proceeding.

Be that as it may, this Court in disposal of the writ petition however directs disposal of OSATIP Case No. 4 of 2011 at least within a period of two months providing opportunity to the parties likely to be affected. The competent authority shall also consider the maintainability of such application in terms of amended provision while passing appropriate order.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation and direction made hereinabove.
