In the course of hearing of the bail application, Mr. B.S. Tripathy, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the bail application with liberty to the petitioner to approach afresh after examination of the victim by the learned trial Court. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court without adverting to the materials on merit disposes of the bail application with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner.
