1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. This CONTC has been filed by the Petitioner for noncompliance of the order dated 14.07.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.19375 of 2021 directing the Opposite Party/ Contemnor to look into the grievance of the Petitioner under Annexure-8 (representation) therein and take an appropriate decision on the same within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of a copy of that order along with a copy of the Writ Petition by the Petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the representation of the Petitioner has not yet been disposed of by the Opposite Party/Contemnor.

5. Learned Standing Counsel for the Department of School and Mass Education submits that the Opposite Party/ Contemnor undertakes that the representation of the Petitioner shall be disposed of within a period of one month from today.

6. On the basis of the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for the Department of School and Mass Education, this CONTC is disposed of as dropped.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
