This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in S.T. Case No.93 of 2021 arising out of Badagada P.S. Case No.267 of 2019 & G.R. Case No.408 of 2019, pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Sorada, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 450/395/412 of IPC read with Section 25(1-B)(a)/27 of Arms Act. 4.
Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhanjanagar, by order dated 02.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the order of rejection.

Taking into account the release of the co-accused one Anil Dakua by order dated 21.06.2022 in 763 of 2021 who is stated to have been identified in the T.I. Parade, this Court directs the
petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Considering that the petitioner has criminal antecedent, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every week till conclusion of trial. 8.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
