1. Heard learned counsels appearing for the parties.

2. For the subsequent development taking place during pendency of these writ petitions, there is bypassing of relief involving both the writ petitions and the relief is now restricted to the extent in the matter of disposal of a representation of the petitioner dated 03.08.2021, appears to be pending before the Senior Divisional Retail Manager,

Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., Sambalpur Division, Sambalpur. For there is no controversy on the pendency of representation required to be considered, taking cognizance of the pendency of a request of the petitioner by letter darted 03.08.2021 appended at Annexure-A/3 series to the additional affidavit filed today, this Court disposes both the writ petitions simply directing the Senior Divisional Retail Manager, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., Sambalpur Division, Sambalpur to look into the case of the petitioners in his representation dated 03.08.2021 and take decision as appropriate within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order but, however, taking into consideration the documents taken support in the representation indicated above and also involving the party likely to be affected.
