This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This Application has been filed by the O.P.1 for extension of time to comply with the order, dated 12.08.2022. 3.

In compliance of the Order dated 12.08.2022, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Behera, Tahasildar, Khaira appearing in person files an affidavit, which be kept on record. At paragraph-7 of the said affidavit, it has been stated as follows:

"That, the Deponent, in compliance of the order dated 12.08.2022, seeks to refund the amount of Rs.47,11,000/- (Rupees Forty Seven Lakhs Eleven Thousand Only) in shape of A/c Payee Axis Bank Cheque bearing Cheque No.002810, dated 13.09.2022 issued in favour of "Pradip Kumar Mohanty".

Mr. J.P. Pattnaik, learned Government Advocate appearing

for the State handed over the above cheque to Mr. S. Palit, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Petitioner in Court today, who undertakes that his client will give receipt to the Tahasildar by 4.00 P.M. tomorrow (15.09.2022).

Since the amount has already been refunded to the Petitioner, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. 6.

The I.A. also stands disposed of.

Personal appearance of the Tahasildar, Khaira is dispensed with.
