Mr. P.K. Nanda, learned counsel for the Petitioner while praying to withdraw the bail application submits that the trial of the case may be taken up expeditiously.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court without adverting to the materials on record on merit disposes of the bail application requesting the learned Court in seisin of the case to proceed with the trial as expeditiously as possible, if there is no other legal impediment.
