Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the notification dated 13th May, 2022 (Annexure-1) issued for election of the office bearers of the Managing Committee of Arisal Services Cooperative Society Ltd., Arisal in the district of Khordha.

Since the election has already been conducted on 26th June, 2022, the matter has become infructuous. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. It is, however, open to the Petitioner to raise grievance made in this writ petition by filing a properly constituted election dispute.
