The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 374 of 2021 arising out of Dhusuri P.S. Case No. 178 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned Asst. Sessions Judgecum-CJM, Bhadrak for the alleged commission of offence under Sections-395 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Asst. Sessions Judge-cumCJM, Bhadrak by Order dtd. 13.06.2022 in S.T. Case No. 12-28 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Taking into account the Order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court dtd.28.03.2022 in BLAPL No. 2085 of 2022, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter, with the additional stipulation that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station once a week till conclusion of the trial, first date of such appearance to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. Any violation of the conditions shall entail cancellation of the bail application. 6.
The Bail Application thus stands disposed of. 7.
