through Video Conference mode but sitting under a tree. It is an unfortunate state of affairs. This Court finds such appearance occur even after several decisions by several Courts deciding the place of appearance even though Video Conference mode. While deprecating such appearance, this Court adjourns the matter for one week but subject to however learned counsel for the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs 1000/- (Rupees one thousand) only in High Court Bar Welfare Fund and submit receipt in the meantime. .
