1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he is ready and willing to take care of the informant/victim for all times to come.

3. Learned counsel for the informant/victim also submits on instruction that his client would be ready and willing to be looked after by the petitioner. In the meantime the victim having attained the age of majority both of them have married.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2022 in connection with Rayagada P.S. Case No.29 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.10 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Special Judgecum-Addl. Sessions Judge at Parlakhemundi for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 376(2)(n)/506/34 of IPC.

5. Considering the above facts, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case

without fail. It would be open to the informant to seek cancellation of bail in case the petitioner does not abide by his promise.

6. BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

7. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
