CORAM:

ORDER
16.09.2022 Order No.
4.
1.
This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.
3.
The petitioner is in custody since 09.06.2021 in connection with Paradeep Lock P.S. Case No. 123 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 34 of 2021 of the Court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kujang for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 457/328/395 of IPC. 4.
It is alleged that the petitioner in association with ten to twelve other persons committed dacoity in the house of the informant by entering into his house at the dead of the night being armed with deadly weapon and fled away with several gold ornaments and cash of Rs. 20,000/-. In the meantime, two coaccused persons have been released on bail as per order passed by this Court in BLAPL Nos. 888 and 8883 of 2021. The petitioner stands on the same footing. As such, I am inclined to
allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the following conditions.:
i. The petitioner shall appear before the IIC of Paradeep Lock police station on every Sunday at 10.00 A.M. for a period of one year.
ii. He shall personally appear before the court in seisin over the matter on each date of posting of the case and in case of even a single default NBW shall be issued to take him into custody again.
5.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
6.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
