1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner has challenged the transfer order dated 10.06.2022 passed by the opposite party No.4- District Education Officer, Mayurbhanj transferring him from Block Education Office, Suliapada to Block Education Office, Rasgovindpur.

4. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation under Annexure-7 to the opposite party No.1- Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar ventilating his grievance on 11.06.2022. Hence, he submits that a direction may be given to the opposite party No.1-

// 2 // Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar to dispose of the representation of the petitioner at an early date.

In such view of the matter, the opposite party No.1Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar is directed to dispose of the representation under Annexure-7 filed by the petitioner and passed a reasoned order within a period of forty days from the date of presentation/ submission of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of this Writ Petition.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
