Heard Ms. J. Sarkar, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

According to Ms. Sarkar, the petitioner, who happens to be a lady has filed an application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. before the learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore styled as Cr.P. Case No.50 of 2021 and prays for a direction to the learned court below to conclude the above noted case within a specific time period.

Considering the innocuous nature of prayer made, this CRLMP is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore to make all endeavours to dispose of the above noted application filed by the petitioner in accordance with law by the end of this year, if there is no other impediment. 4.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
