01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.
3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- " It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the case and issue notice to the Opp. Parties with issue of Rule NISI as to why the Opp. Parties shall not consider the Representations under Annexure-3 series within a stipulated time;
And further be pleased that the Authorities by directed to give promotion to the petitioner to the post of Head Clerk notionally with retrospective effect and grant of consequential financial benefits by refixing pension of the petitioner; And if the Opp. Parties failed to show cause or show insufficient cause the said Rule be made absolute; And this Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to pass any of her order/orders, writ/writs in the circumstances of the case.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 27.08.2021 & 10.03.2022 at Annexure-3 series to the Writ Petition before the O.P. No.3, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner.
